According to Paladin Club VII Rules and Regulations we are required to respect the environment, common areas and our neighbors. Please consider the following:
- Park within the yellow lines
- Respect the speed limit of 15 miles per hour
- Check your tags – cars with expired tags will be towed
- Lock your car
- Keep noise to a normal level, inside and outside
- Cover hard wood floors
- Keep barking dogs off decks
- Manage your smoking habit, the smell travels between units and off decks
- Register your pet
- Keep dogs on a leash
- Pick up fecal matter, wrap and dispose in the trash
- Throw trash in dumpsters
- Do not leave furniture including mattresses outside dumpsters. Special pick-up is paid for from HOA fees
- Do not throw trash or cigarette butts off decks
- Don’t litter!
- Keep hallways free of litter, clutter, trash or other property which restricts passage
- Charcoal grills are not allowed on decks
- Do not hang clothing or other items off deck railings
